Lisa and Dan join us to give a shared presentation on their new book The Misfits, a story about a super secret group of awkward undercover crime fighters. Olive Cobin Zang starts at a new school and it’s the strangest boarding school ever: a former castle turned prison that’s now a “reforming arts school”! But nothing could’ve prepared Olive for this school. There, she’s lumped with a team of other kids who never quite fit in, and discovers that the academy isn’t what it seems—and neither is she. In fact, this school is a cover for an elite group of misfits who fight crime . . . and Olive has arrived just in time. Lincoln Peirce, creator of Big Nate and Max & the Midknights, says of the book, “For any kid who’s felt like a misfit, this crackling adventure packs a wallop.”
***Please note that the book signing will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon entering the theater, people wishing to have books signed will be given a number, and the book signing will take place in numerical order after the on-stage presentation.***
