Inprint’s Life Writing Workshops were begun in February 2007, with the goal of giving employees of Houston Methodist the opportunity to hone their writing skills and collect their life experiences in a written form.

During spring 2019, one Inprint Life Writing Workshop will be offered and registration is now open. These creative writing workshops are open to all employees of Houston Methodist, as well as volunteers, and Houston Methodist physicians in private practice. No previous writing experience is necessary, simply a desire to reflect on personal and professional experiences and capture them in writing.

The workshops run for 8 weeks and require the commitment of working on writing projects between classes. Each workshop is limited in size to create an intimate and engaging workshop environment for all participants.  The workshops are sponsored by Inprint, Houston’s premier nonprofit literary arts organization dedicated to inspiring readers and writers.
