U.S. Poet Laureate Ada Limón appeared as part of the 2022/2023 Inprint Margarett Root Brown Reading Series on Monday, March 6, 2023, at the Ballroom at Bayou Place. Limón gave a reading from her new poetry collection The Hurting Kind, followed by an on-stage conversation with University of Houston Creative Writing Program faculty member Roberto Tejada.
