DESCRIPTION:The Ancient Greek word poiesis derives etymologically from the term that means “to make.” As the root of our modern word “poetry\,” this active verb implies a person who transforms and continues the world through the act of making something mindfully. In this four-hour workshop\, we will explore the connection between two ancient practices: meditation and making poems.
