SUMMARY:Inprint Senior Memoir Writing Workshop
DESCRIPTION:From memories to memoir  \nTO REGISTER CLICK HERE. The workshop is tuition free but has a $75 registration free for JCC members and $105 registration fee for non members. \nThe Inprint Senior Memoir Writing Workshop at the Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center (JCC) helps senior citizens preserve their memories and stories on paper. Through engaging weekly in class activities\, participants write\, share\, discuss\, and revise their work. Empowering the participants with the skills needed to be the writers of their own memoirs and personal essays\, these workshops are integral to preserving family and community stories. Select pieces of each person’s writing is presented in an annual anthology and at a annual community reading. \nThis workshop is presented by Inprint in collaboration with the JCC. This longstanding workshop is underwritten by the Samuels Foundation.
