SUMMARY:Inprint Fall 2016 Life Writing Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Essayist Joan Didion wrote famously\, “we tell ourselves stories in order to live\,” and over the course of our ten weeks together\, this workshop will find new and engaging ways to share our unique\, life-giving stories. Through writing prompts\, weekly craft lessons\, and the sharing of work\, we will gain new insights into our creative processes and experiences. Additionally\, we will read new voices in memoir\, essay\, and poetry and have the opportunity to give and receive feedback on our writing. Attendees will be expected to participate in the workshop by offering feedback on others’ work as well as offering a piece of their own to workshop. Beginning writers are welcome.\n \n
