For details and a schedule of all the current workshop offerings\, click here.  \nIn this fiction workshop\, we’ll tend to major storytelling elements (such as voice\, point of view\, and character) with a special interest in form. We’ll make time for generative in-class exercises with this in mind\, playing with aspects of narrative that can often define form (chronology\, motif\, release of information\, beginning/middle/end\, point of view) to allow us to think of story through and beyond the Aristotelian shape. We will workshop manuscripts in class and discuss assigned readings of big and tiny stories to inspire you. \n
