Classes will include short lectures and discussions of outside reading\, a weekly writing exercise\, and mostly\, workshopping of student writing. You will workshop one short story and a revision to it. We will look closely at the process of writing and revision. The goal is to get well on your way toward completing one story while acquiring a better understanding of what you value in fiction and how you go about writing. Ideally this should give you the aesthetic direction you need to continue writing well after the workshop ends.\n \n URL: LOCATION:Inprint House\, 1520 W Main St\, Houston\, TX\, 77006\, United States CATEGORIES:Writers Workshops ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/jpeg: END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
