DESCRIPTION:This is an in-person workshop that takes place at Inprint House. \n \nPowerful writing\, regardless of genre\, relies on the generation and proliferation of material. First-time perfection is (mostly) a myth; my relationship to writing has taught me first and foremost that to write better\, to write well\, I must write! In this 6-week creative nonfiction (CNF) workshop you will write prodigiously; expect to complete anywhere from 4-8 different CNF writing exercises in an hour. Class time will consist of discussing assigned homework readings\, assorted and consecutive writing exercises\, and of course\, workshopping. Writers of all genres are welcome\, although a moderate familiarity with CNF would be helpful or have taken a previous writing course. Come hang and write your hearts out! \n
