Inprint is proud to serve as a host for the First Friday Poetry Reading Series. The First Friday Series is the oldest poetry series in Houston and has been held monthly on the first Friday of each month since 1975. The series is coordinated by Robert Clark, not by Inprint. Each reading begins with a featured poet, followed by an open mic.

On June 3, First Friday presents Terry Jude Miller. Miller is winner of 2012 Baass Award and has been published by Houston Poetry Fest, Austin International Poetry Festival , the Texas Poetry Calendar, Bayou Review, Harbinger, Everyday Poets, Live Oak Review, Ancient Paths, and many more. His books are The Day I Killed Superman, What If I Find Only Moonlight, and The Butterfly Canonical.
