Inprint and the Menil Collection co-presented an online reading and conversation with MacArthur Fellow Maggie Nelson on Monday, December 13, 2021. Nelson gave a brief reading from her new book, On Freedom: Four Songs of Care and Constraint, followed by a conversation with the Menil’s Senior Curator, Michelle White. Their discussion considered Nelson’s most recent book, her work more broadly, and how it intersects with themes explored in the Menil’s exhibition, Niki de Saint Phalle in the 1960s.
